That sounds completely awesome! I'm a food geek, one of my neighbors is an avid historian, and between the two of us I can think of all KINDS of uses for historically accurate recipe books. ^___^ (Her favorite cookbook is the pre-war edition of the Joy of Cooking, if this gives you an idea how jazzed she'd be to get a chance to read these.)
