Firstly, thank you for all those suggestions for Genesis. I can see us visiting the library DVD section very soon. ^_^ Have to fill some time before school starts up again, or rather have as much fun with the free time as we can!
Secondly, Avenue Q...ah, I know it well. From what I know, though, there isn't a very clear video out there of it. Which is a crying shame.
But I LOOOOOOOVE Ninja Warrior! XDDDD And also Mythbusters -- extreme geekery PLUS they blow shit up? SCORE! ^___^ If you haven't seen them, they're worth checking out. (I forget which channel they're on, though.)
Ninja Warrior kicks ass, as does the Ultimate Banzuke. ^_~ Blowing shit up? Yeah, I can dig that, but Kadaj likes it more - like Mythbusters, Destroyed in Seconds and stuff. He's also a big Ghost Hunters and Destination Truth fan. Good luck tearing him away from the television on Wednesday nights.
We do have animal planet and to be quite honest - since most of us just don't understand football games (you know, not being from here), and we always watch the Puppy Bowl with the Kitten Half Time Show. It completely rocks! I don't know if Little Frog has seen it but I am sure it would make him smile. He also likes any shows with monsters. We also like that show on Animal Planet called Underdog to Wonderdog.
Yay for visiting friends! ^___^ Got any particular plans for places to take her?
Nothing special. We just sort of hung out, did a lot of swimming and caught up with each other. I did get some Death Note watching in with her. Sephir and I got hooked on the anime and Reno managed to download the live action movies, so we watched those. And we exchanged some energy work. She is trained in reiki and stuff and Yazuu, Little Frog and I have our own forms of healing so we did some of that. She also read our fortunes with tarot. Scary, really, how accurate she can be. O.O;;;
I know quite a few people here that would love to go to a Japanese mall. *sigh* I wish we had some of that stuff closer to us and a ton of money to go there with. Oh well, all in time, all in time.
On a more personal nature. *big hugs* I read your post and I just wanted to say that everything will be okay. Stay positive - women beat it all the time now and with a little care and a lot of love, hopefully everything will come out just fine.
