But there is also some deep-seating resentment based on the ShinRa programs and things like that which I really don't feel comfortable getting into without his permission. It has a lot to do with what was said and done and all that crap.
oh, man. Yeah, I can totally see that happening, and ouch. *hates on evil megacorporations no matter which planet they're screwing people over on - once any company gets so big it starts treating people like tools and cogs in a machine, there's something so fundamentally broken there... grargh.*
But, yes, Genesis is very much the introvert of the group and I think that, like you occasionally, he really wants to be an extrovert, but can only sustain that for so long before it just makes him itch.
I can totally see that too. Being an introvert doesn't automatically mean you're shy, and it doesn't mean you don't want attention from other people -- just that you can only deal with it in controlled doses... that's my guess about why theater and music attracts so many not-shy introverts: everyone's looking at you, people are admiring you, but you're at enough of a distance to control who comes at you and you've practiced what you're doing and it's much safer than being out there in the crowd without a script.
...you know, I wonder if Genesis might like community theater? But then, the small-town prima-donna collection might get on his nerves. I loved the theater part; I hated the backstage politics part. Win some, lose some, I guess.
Sephiroth and I have settled into a really easy friendship, can you believe that...me and the General! ^_^
I have no trouble believing that at all. :) "People person" really suits you -- so does the "puppy" nickname, I think. You just radiate friendliness. It's really cool. :)
And the whole "Lifestream lifeguard" thing sounds like the perfect job description for you -- watching over people and encouraging them along no matter what level of tangibility they're currently packaged in. (okay, now I have a mental image of you in surfer shorts with a whistle: "hey you! Jenova! Yeah you! Out of the water already! --I said OUT!") lol!
When Tadashi goes to get the teeth cleaned, he literally will fall asleep in the chair. O_____O wow! You know, I could be jealous of that too -- I really dislike dentists, and having the ability to not stress out to the point where you just fall asleep? The combination of not-being-stressed and not-being-awake has QUITE a lot to recommend it!
Whut? Nah! You're good. I am enjoying our conversation, no need to thank me. ^_^
Yaaaaay! ^______^ I'm having fun chatting too - I can't help wanting to say thank you, since I know all of you have a limited amount of out-time and I don't want to be taking advantage of that, but it really is fun getting to chat. :D
Oh, and I saw your pictures in the cupcakes community...YUMMY!
Hee - thanks! I figured I had to get photographic evidence in there sooner or later, if nothing else to demonstrate that yes I really am that crazy prove it actually happened. ^_~
Been doing some research on Peruvian food too -- it sounds really good! Mountains-next-to-oceans, lots-of-overlapping-cultures, lots-of-plants = all kinds of 'artist's tools' at hand to come up with really interesting palate-palettes. ^_~ Nom nom nom nom. one of these days I ought to get back to writing stories instead of recipes, but the recipes are so much faster, and also very tasty when done! Stories just don't taste very good when you try to eat them. :D
